Boat of Garten
Kingussie
Grantown-on-Spey
Newtonmore

October 2001 saw the launch of the first Speyside Golf Classic over four magnificently located and superbly challenging golf courses at Newtonmore and Kingussie and further north at Boat of Garten and Grantown on Spey. Since then the Speyside has proved a great success and return bookings are already well in advance of 2002 for this end of year golf bash.

These four courses are a perfect example of just why the golfer should visit Scotland - its almost endless supply of "hidden gems" each with its own character signature holes and Highland hospitality.

With affordable and accessible golf plus Speyside's wonderful natural setting, varied attractions and of course Malt Whisky Trail, this autumnal classic has all the ingredients to make it an end of season must for the club golfer. All you need for the perfect week is to add in some excellent socialising including reception on the Sunday afternoon, the golf quiz night and the steam train to Boat of Garten and a prizegiving dinner extravaganza and fireworks
