Monday: Ladybank GC

At the 18th George Gibb launched an enormous drive down the right hand side of the fairway in the last game of the day to tie up the Longest Drive.
Ian Wales from Dullatur who was first through the eighth in the morning placed his tee shot nearest the pin at the Par Three 8th and was never bettered.

 

Tuesday: Scotscraig GC

A beautifully swung driver at the 10th by Steve Coffey of Fulford Heath Golf Club took todays title.
David Phillips form Rothbury Golf Club braved the wind on the 13th hole to strike his ball to with 12 feet of the pin.


Wednessday: Crail Balcomie Links GC

Gary Smith used the strong winds off the coastline at crail to strike the longest drive of the day.
Gerald Daniels struck a full-blooded 3 wood to about 14 ft of the pin at the 14th, an interesting shot, considering the wind was blowing the ball from right to left by around 25 yards!

 

Thursday: St. Andrews Bay GC

Mike Cleaver struck an enormous drive in calm conditions at the 4th at St. Andrews Bay to take the day's prize.
Andrew Bryce from Rothbury Golf Club got closest to the hole at the 11th at St. Andrews Bay.
